Every brand has a story and we’re here to help build that story. At DoT we think about every customer touchpoint and optimise these interactions through design. We breath life into brands by considering it on and offline. A brand is a living thing, it moves and lives in various places, it has a voice, it’s a creature that needs nurturing. Whilst creating these stories we haven’t just got our heads in the clouds, we pride ourselves on balancing creativity and commercial reality.
It may be a piece of print or a mobile site, the key is that we understand the user and how they interact in order to make their experience memorable and shareable. The online environment especially, has become more human. As important as usability is – the nuts and bolts of how something works – it's about engaging with the users emotions, building trust, confidence, enjoyment and loyalty. It’s about delivering a sense of wonder.

You’ll find yourself doing a lot of the talking when we first meet. Information and details are where we thrive. Conversation and research combined give us the strong foundations to build stories and personas. We have principles which we apply to each job although we know every client and therefore every job is different and adapt our process to each piece of work with this in mind.
We like to be open with our clients and always tell them our business model, it’s what makes us different and it makes sense. From the moment we began working in the industry we have built our network of creatives, strategists, copywriters, developers and more which now spans the globe.
